Dealer Parts Sales Manager

About the role

The Dealer Parts Sales Manager is responsible for driving genuine spare‑parts revenue through a network of dealers, workshops, fleet customers and other channels. This role combines strategic planning, dealer relationship management and team leadership to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement dealer parts sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets.
• Manage dealer network performance, ensuring parts availability, ordering efficiency and sales support.
• Monitor dealer‑wise sales, inventory levels, stock movement and parts turnover, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand genuine spare‑parts sales across all channels.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to gather market insights, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with dealers, service, warehouse, procurement and other departments to guarantee timely parts delivery.
• Oversee dealer receivables, credit limits, payment status, pricing, discounts and policy compliance.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional schemes and incentive programs.
• Lead, guide and develop the parts sales team, monitoring KPIs to achieve targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, market intelligence and business plans for management review.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing dealer or channel sales, preferably in automotive parts.
• Strong analytical ability to track performance metrics and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealer relationship management.
• Leadership capability to coach and motivate a sales team toward targets.
