Dispatch Officer

About the role

The Dispatch Officer will manage the accurate and timely dispatch of finished goods from the plant, coordinating with Store, Billing, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure proper order fulfillment and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute dispatch of finished goods against approved sales orders and delivery plans.
• Verify product name, batch number, quantity, packaging, and other dispatch details before loading.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related records.
• Monitor loading activities, ensure safe handling, and track goods in transit.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
