Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and billing operations in Hetauda. The role ensures efficient stock management, timely dispatch, accurate documentation, and compliance with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and billing operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile inventory, and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor stock movement, minimize variances, damages, shortages, and operational losses.
• Plan and coordinate timely dispatch of materials/products.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Production, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare and maintain inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics reports.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and support physical inventory audits.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper billing, dispatch documentation, and record keeping.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards within warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems.
