E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Executive to manage product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and daily operations across Daraz and other e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Update product prices, stock availability, promotions, and product information regularly.
• Maintain product, inventory, pricing, and sales data using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with Daraz representatives regarding listings, campaigns, promotions, orders, and stock updates.
• Work with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure accurate product information and smooth order processing.
• Monitor product listings for accuracy, categorisation, and visibility.
• Support Daraz campaigns, mega sales, and other promotional activities.
• Track basic sales and listing performance, prepare reports, and resolve day‑to‑day platform issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience on Daraz or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
