E‑commerce Head / E‑commerce Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced E‑commerce Head to lead its online sales strategy and drive digital business growth. You will be responsible for building partnerships, managing product onboarding, and overseeing the full e‑commerce operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
• Establish partnerships with marketplaces, online platforms, and distributors.
• Manage end‑to‑end product onboarding, including listings, pricing, descriptions, images and inventory.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integration of products, inventory, pricing, orders and payment systems.
• Oversee platform management: product visibility, order processing, delivery, returns and customer service.
• Identify new online sales opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue streams.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, CAC and profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional e‑commerce, sales, marketing and technical teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and emerging e‑commerce technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, E‑commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in e‑commerce, digital sales or online business development; managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, consumer electronics, home appliances or product‑based e‑commerce is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and marketplace integrations.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, inventory management systems and product catalog management.
• Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising and performance marketing.
