Sales Business Development Manager

About the role

The Sales Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and expand Eos Web Solutions' market presence in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients, present software solutions, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and prepare proposals and sales materials.
• Maintain an active pipeline through networking, outreach, and market research.
• Track performance metrics, analyze market trends and provide regular updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management within the software or technology sector.
• Strong client relationship building, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, identify prospects and develop strategic plans.
• Clear, persuasive communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working onsite in Kathmandu and managing multiple opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Basic understanding of software concepts.
