About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic English mentors to lead online speaking sessions for small groups of learners. As a mentor, you will guide participants from hesitation to confidence through real‑world conversations and constructive feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Host online English speaking sessions with up to six learners.
- Facilitate conversation‑based activities that improve spoken English.
- Provide clear, friendly feedback on pronunciation, fluency and confidence.
- Create a fun, positive and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage regular practice and consistent learning habits.
- Be professional, punctual and well‑prepared for every session.
Required profile
- Freshers or current students.
- Strong English speaking and listening abilities.
- Friendly, patient and confident communicator.
- Own a personal laptop for remote work.
- Professional attitude with reliability and punctuality.
