Rojgari Services is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our team in Kathmandu. This entry‑level position will support job seekers throughout their career journey, helping them improve their employability and connect with suitable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from job seekers via email, phone or in person.
• Assist candidates with resume writing, job‑search strategies and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct outreach activities to link job seekers with relevant resources and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labour‑market dynamics.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Perform assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in recruitment, career counseling or related customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools.
• Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping.
