Finance, Accounts & Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Finance, Accounts & Digital Marketing Officer to manage daily banking operations, support accounting activities, handle tax‑related administrative tasks, and drive our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, proactive, and comfortable juggling both financial duties and creative content production.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals, and maintain accurate banking records.
• Prepare and manage bank documents, reconcile statements, and coordinate with banks.
• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records, record income, expenses, invoices, vouchers, and support audit preparation.
• Assist with tax filing, payments, and liaise with tax consultants or government offices.
• Visit banks, tax offices, and other government agencies on behalf of the company.
• Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), create posts, short videos/reels, photos, and other digital content.
• Perform basic video editing, graphic design, caption writing, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Support digital advertising campaigns and suggest improvements for online visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, banking, tax administration or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Comfortable conducting official visits to banks and government offices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
