Finance & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time position supports a dynamic nonprofit that helps communities recover after disasters and gets children back in school. The Finance & Logistics Coordinator manages project logistics, procurement, and program finances while acting as a liaison between field and office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics, procure construction supplies, tools, and materials, and maintain relationships with local suppliers and contractors.
• Organise regular inventories, track tool repairs, and maintain accurate tracking systems for purchased items.
• Manage petty cash distribution, reconciliation, and daily/weekly/monthly expense tracking and reporting.
• Assist with budget tracking, cash‑flow projections, and schedule vendor payments via petty cash or wire transfers.
• Facilitate payroll for local staff in compliance with local regulations and support procurement of medical and base supplies as needed.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives for the program.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience with All Hands and Hearts or a similar disaster‑relief organization.
• 1 year experience managing logistics, preferably in a developing‑country context, and some financial handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary visas.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language/dialect.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
