Fintech and Crypto Expert (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Fintech and Crypto Subject Matter Expert to join our AI data services team on a remote, hourly contractor basis. You will evaluate and create high‑quality AI‑generated content related to fintech, payments, and Web3, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed prompts and gold‑standard outputs for fintech and crypto scenarios.
• Evaluate, rank, and provide feedback on AI responses to improve correctness and clarity.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe financial guidance, and bias.
• Fact‑check technical and market concepts and write clear explanations and model solutions.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, chargebacks, settlement, and common failure modes.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, token mechanics, and custody/key‑management risks.
• Familiarity with high‑level compliance concepts such as KYC/AML, sanctions, and consumer protection.
• Excellent written English (minimum C1) and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
