About the role
The Food & Beverage Associate works full‑time on‑site at Hotel Dachi in Bhaktapur, delivering courteous and efficient service across the restaurant, bar/café, rooftop dining, poolside, and event areas.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service stations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and payment processing.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and food‑safety standards are consistently met.
Required profile
- Strong food service and customer‑service skills with professional communication.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants or cafés, especially boutique or heritage settings, is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of menu items and food preparation standards.
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene practices, and POS/billing systems.
