Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Hotel Dachi, a heritage‑inspired hotel in Bhaktapur, Nepal, is looking for a full‑time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead its restaurant, bar/café and event‑catering operations. The role is on‑site and involves overseeing front‑of‑house teams, ensuring service quality and upholding the hotel’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule front‑of‑house staff across the restaurant, bar/café and catering outlets.
• Monitor service flow, hygiene and food safety standards during daily operations.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to implement menus and special events.
• Manage inventory, place orders and oversee POS transactions for all F&B outlets.
• Support training and development of team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising food and beverage operations in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, shift coordination and performance monitoring abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and in a multicultural environment.
