Guest Relation Executive

About the role

Avata is seeking a Guest Relation Executive to join its wellbeing‑focused team in Kathmandu. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Avata’s commitment to health, comfort and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide clear information about services and facilities.
• Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via online channels.
• Coordinate appointments, bookings and reservations, maintaining accurate records.
• Promote Avava’s wellness packages and support basic sales activities.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating with team members to guarantee a smooth experience.

Required profile

• Strong guest‑relations and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening skills.
• Experience in sales or promoting services to guests.
• Proficiency in typical receptionist duties such as front‑desk operations, phone handling and scheduling.
• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness centres or other customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling or reservation systems.
• Relevant education in hospitality, management or a related field is an advantage.
