Head Graphic Designer

About the role

Azure Dev is seeking a Head Graphic Designer to lead its visual communication efforts. This full‑time, on‑site position in Nawalparasi District will oversee the creation of digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept through delivery for logos, brand assets, marketing collateral, and UI elements.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and maintaining high design standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to align visual output with business goals.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and stay current with industry trends and tools.

Required profile

• Proven senior or lead design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
• Expertise in logo design, branding, and typography.
• Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.
