Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

Yoddha Lab is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the newly consolidated Digital Marketing department for Calilio, its cloud‑telephony and CRM SaaS product. You will own the entire demand engine, from ad spend to revenue, and be accountable for ROI‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full‑funnel marketing strategy across paid, organic, content, product‑led and partnership channels.
• Own commercial metrics such as marketing‑sourced pipeline, CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, payback period and ROAS.
• Lead a team of 20+ specialists, structuring sub‑pods with clear charters and performance KPIs.
• Drive technical SEO, on‑page/off‑page link acquisition, and visibility on AI search platforms.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and SaaS review sites.
• Oversee content creation from ideation to distribution and repurposing.
• Collaborate with product, frontend and IT to optimise signup funnels and in‑product conversion.
• Implement data attribution using GA4, GTM, Search Console and CRM dashboards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading a team.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth in a SaaS environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage budgets and forecast outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling high‑performing marketing organisations.
