Health Club Executive

About the role

Hotel Himalaya is looking for a dynamic Health Club Executive to lead the daily operations of its health club, gym, and swimming pool. Based in Kupondole, Lalitpur, the role combines facility management with high‑level guest service in a five‑star hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the health club, gym, and pool, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Manage memberships, bookings, and facility schedules, maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all equipment and areas.
• Promote health club memberships and wellness services through upselling and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to keep facilities operational.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and track departmental performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Sports Science, Physical Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a health club, fitness centre, spa, or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build guest relationships.
• Experience in membership administration and front‑desk operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
