About the role

Join the Holiday Inn Express team in Kathmandu as a Housekeeping Attendant, where you will play a vital part in delivering memorable guest experiences through meticulous room preparation and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean guest rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist guests with requests such as forgotten items, directions, or other immediate needs.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost items, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and help minimize waste.
• Participate in deep‑clean projects and support the Uniform/Linen Room and Laundry Valet functions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible attitude toward shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and during difficult interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
