HR Coordinator – Provincial Office

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our provincial workforce and the corporate HR team. The role involves managing daily HR operations, supporting recruitment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across the province.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional staffing needs with provincial managers and communicate hiring requirements to Head Office HR.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post vacancies, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation, ensuring all joining documentation is completed before the start date.
• Maintain accurate regional personnel files and process employee letters, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, statutory labor requirements, and safeguard employee confidentiality.
• Act as primary contact for employee grievances, conduct preliminary investigations, and report findings to Head Office HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Nepal Labour Act and HR policies is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and work independently.
