HR & Operations Executive – Baking & Pet Food

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior HR & Operations Officer to manage daily administrative and operational activities within our baking and pet‑food manufacturing business. The role blends human‑resource functions with procurement, inventory, logistics and compliance responsibilities to ensure smooth production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administrative tasks across the organization.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging, office supplies and other operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain procurement records and support warehouse operations.
• Schedule production bookings, manage operational workflows and liaise with vendors and logistics partners.
• Ensure workplace hygiene, cleanliness and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation, reports and operational records.
• Assist cross‑functional teams, facility management and general office administration.
• Work with finance and management on operational budgets and purchasing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in administration and operations, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, baking or pet‑food production.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of hygiene, quality and operational compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
