Hub Incharge – Dhangadhi

About the role

As a Hub In‑charge for Pathao Nepal, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Dhangadhi hub, ensuring smooth handling of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all hub activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, storage and dispatch, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage delivery personnel, assigning pickup and delivery tasks and monitoring fleet utilisation.
• Reconcile cash‑on‑delivery collections, returns and delivery records, and submit cash to the Accounts team on time.
• Prepare regular performance reports, track key operational metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and onboard new merchants in the territory, nurture existing relationships and drive shipment volume growth.
• Coordinate with central, regional, accounts and transportation teams, escalating critical issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management (pursuing or completed).
• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, hub operations or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
