Human Resources Manager – Bhairahawa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our industrial client base in Bhairahawa. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions, including policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and employee separation.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues while ensuring compliance with Nepal Labour Laws.
• Drive performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports, and MIS dashboards.
• Handle industrial relations and labour‑related matters, ensuring effective communication between management and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal labour law, payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bhairahawa.
