About the role
The company is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR functions in its Kathmandu office.
Required profile
- Proven administrative skills, including meticulous record-keeping, data entry, and file management.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in an HR role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS system RIGO.
