About the role
TT Media Nepal, a leading TikTok Official Partner Agency in Nepal, is seeking an Influencer Partnership Specialist to lead creator partnerships, manage influencer campaigns, and drive product‑focused content strategies on TikTok. The role is ideal for someone who deeply understands TikTok, enjoys collaborating with creators, and can translate trends into high‑impact campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with TikTok creators that align with brand objectives.
- Pitch creative collaboration ideas and negotiate partnership terms.
- Manage influencer campaigns from planning through execution.
- Track performance metrics and optimize future strategies.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with creators.
- Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams.
- Ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines and performance targets.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of the TikTok platform.
- Enjoys working closely with creators.
- Ability to turn trends into high‑impact campaigns.
- At least 24 months of relevant experience.
