International Sales Specialist

About the role

ScaleBuild AI is seeking an International Sales Specialist to drive growth across global markets. Based onsite in Kathmandu, you will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting new opportunities to closing cross‑border deals and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities in the AI and software services sector.
• Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through a structured sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to global clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with export/import regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyse market trends to inform strategy.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and represent ScaleBuild AI at meetings, events, and online engagements across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably within technology, SaaS, or AI services.
• Strong understanding of international trade principles, export/import processes, and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities to build trust with diverse cultures.
• Self‑driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to use sales data and reporting to drive decision‑making.
