IT & Networking Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team in an entry‑level IT and networking position. This role offers a great opportunity to develop technical skills while supporting a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
• Support and maintain office network infrastructure including LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers and internet connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and speed issues, and assist with firewall and security configurations under supervision.
• Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, system access and permissions.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory and documentation, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Required profile

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking and IT support principles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
