Junior Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Functional Consultant to support ERP and business software implementations. The role involves gathering client requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful delivery through testing and training.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP systems.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support of ERP modules such as finance, payroll, taxation, loan management and HRMS.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, system demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Prepare functional documentation including requirements, process flows, test scenarios and user guides.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and validate data during migration and reconciliation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Good understanding of accounting, finance and general business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and travel to client sites when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and functional consulting.
• Familiarity with UAT, software testing, data validation and reconciliation.
