About the role
The Presales Engineer will support client requirement assessments, pitch solutions and ensure professional communication throughout the sales cycle. The role involves analyzing tender specifications, preparing Bills of Materials and maintaining deployment reports.
Key responsibilities
- Support client requirement assessment through surveys and solution pitching.
- Analyze tender specifications and prepare accurate Bills of Materials.
- Maintain accurate deployment reports and incident documentation.
- Respond promptly to client communications within business timelines.
- Participate in internal and OEM technical trainings and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in network pre‑sales engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of network security solutions.
- Proficiency in network design.
- Experience with Fortinet solutions.
