KYC Verification Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented KYC Verification Associate to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role involves reviewing identity documents, validating personal data, and ensuring compliance with KYC standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify KYC and identity information extracted from documents against the original records.
• Validate key details such as name, date of birth, address, citizenship/NID number, and document numbers.
• Identify and correct OCR errors, missing information, and data inconsistencies.
• Flag unclear, incomplete, expired, or potentially invalid documents for further verification.
• Maintain accurate verification records and report recurring issues to the relevant team.

Required profile

• Higher secondary (+2) education; Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently pursuing.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong observation skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within defined timelines.

Required skills

• Basic computer and data‑entry skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with web‑based KYC, identity verification, or data‑review tools.
