About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Lower Secondary Nepali Teacher to join Capital City Academy in Hattigauda. The role involves delivering engaging Nepali language lessons to students in grades 6‑8 and supporting their overall development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Nepali lessons aligned with the lower secondary curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and report to parents.
- Encourage development of reading, writing and communication skills in Nepali.
- Collaborate with colleagues, attend school meetings and participate in extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the lower secondary level.
- Strong command of the Nepali language, both spoken and written.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting students’ academic, social and personal growth.
