About the role

Capital City Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners in a safe and engaging environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, engaging learning activities for pre‑primary students.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Use creative, interactive teaching methods to encourage participation.
• Support children in developing basic academic, social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive discipline.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.

Required profile

• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to engage young children and support their holistic development.
• Minimum of 12 months experience teaching pre‑primary or early childhood classes.
