Management Trainee for 3D Projects

About the role

Incessant Rain is looking for a motivated Management Trainee to support its 3D project portfolio. You will work closely with project leads to ensure schedules are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and team performance is tracked.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule 3D projects and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Track team quotas, daily reports, and progress against targets.
• Manage leave requests, administrative compliance, and time‑tracking for the team.
• Coordinate with department leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support team morale and help resolve interpersonal concerns constructively.
