Marketing and Business Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing & Business Growth Manager to own marketing, patient acquisition, lead conversion and overall business growth for an established plastic surgery and aesthetic clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current business, marketing performance and identify reasons for declining patient inquiries and conversions.
• Develop and execute a practical recovery strategy that generates qualified patient leads via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns focused on actual patient conversion rather than mere reach or engagement.
• Improve the complete patient journey from first inquiry through consultation, follow‑up and procedure booking.
• Establish lead‑management systems, monitor lost inquiries and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to create offers, content and communication strategies.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities such as partnerships, referrals and corporate tie‑ups.
• Track and report monthly metrics including inquiries, consultations, conversion rates, procedures booked, marketing spend and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, cosmetic or beauty services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and Meta advertising platforms.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with ability to analyse business problems and devise practical marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of targets.
