Marketing Lead – Digital & Offline Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Lead to own our end‑to‑end marketing function across both digital and offline channels. The role involves shaping brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and expanding market reach through integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Plan and run offline initiatives such as events, activations, community outreach and traditional media campaigns.
• Oversee digital activities including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email and content marketing.
• Own brand management, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation.
• Build partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, influencers and community organisations.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate spend across channels and track ROI.
• Establish KPIs, produce performance reports and use data insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with proven success in both digital and offline/traditional marketing.
• Hands‑on experience planning events, activations, partnerships and traditional media.
