Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Lead to oversee our full‑stack marketing function, spanning digital, offline, and traditional channels. The role demands hands‑on execution of both online and offline initiatives to build brand presence and drive customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and run offline campaigns, events, activations, and community outreach, coordinating with vendors, media houses, and partners.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Own brand management, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints and leading brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
• Develop partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, influencers, and community organizations.
• Set team KPIs, manage performance, and foster a creative, performance‑oriented culture.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate spend across channels, and track ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with proven success in both digital and offline/traditional marketing.
• Strong track record planning and executing events, activations, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns.
