About the role
Soaltee Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to develop, manage and execute the annual strategic marketing plan for its hotel properties in Kathmandu.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual strategic marketing plan for Soaltee Hotels & Resorts properties.
- Evaluate marketing strategies, assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Negotiate and coordinate joint marketing activities with promotional partners.
- Maintain and promote branding initiatives in line with brand standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Manage social media engagement and update content on digital channels, hotel website and travel sites.
