Marketing Officer – Brand & Client Relationship Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to drive the growth of a promising laminate brand in Nepal. You will work closely with sales, dealers, and design professionals to build strong relationships and translate market insights into effective marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.
• Support dealer acquisition, market expansion, and product adoption initiatives.
• Organise product demonstrations, exhibitions, dealer meetings and marketing events.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and branding.
• Recommend strategies to differentiate the brand and increase market share.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate creation of digital and offline marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance, marketing spend and key digital metrics, and prepare improvement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or product branding.
• Excellent communication skills.
