Mid UI/UX Designer with Frontend

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level UI/UX Designer who can blend strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of front‑end development. You will create intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile while collaborating closely with product, development, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging user interfaces and digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to uncover requirements, behaviors, pain points, and feedback.
• Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into practical UI/UX solutions.
• Collaborate with project leads, developers, sales teams, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements in usability, functionality, and visual design.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end user‑centered design, including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and outcomes.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Effective communication with clients, developers, and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Tokens, Prototyping).
• Experience with AI‑powered design and prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, UXpilot, or AI‑based Figma plugins.
• Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys, wireframing, and UI design principles.
• Practical experience creating, implementing, and maintaining design systems.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, and React.
