About the role
The MEAL Coordinator reports to the Information Support Manager for HR and administrative compliance and works closely with the UK MEAL Team to develop and implement the MEAL strategy across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of targeted monitoring visits, plans, frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Ensure MEAL activities align with organisational priorities, standards and evidence‑based decision making.
- Capture beneficiaries' feedback systematically and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Generate, share and apply learning to enhance programme quality, impact and accountability.
Required profile
- Accountable for internal HR and administrative management compliance.
- Collaborate with Senior MEAL Coordinator, programme teams and UK MEAL Team to prioritize workloads and deliver objectives.
