Talent Acquisition Specialist - Intern

About the role

HireOrbit is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to support its recruitment initiatives. You will collaborate with senior specialists to build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and contribute to both B2B and B2C hiring workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute talent mapping strategies across LinkedIn, specialized networks, and internal repositories.
• Evaluate applicant profiles against client criteria, conducting skill assessments and behavioral reviews.
• Manage end‑to‑end interview scheduling and candidate journey logistics.
• Maintain real‑time data integrity within HireOrbit’s ATS for accurate pipeline visibility.
• Conduct market intelligence on talent availability, remuneration trends, and skill demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s candidate or recent graduate in HR Management, Business Analytics, or Organizational Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali.
• High agility, analytical mindset, and strong networking aptitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
