Multi-skilled Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Assistant will support the delivery of warm, attentive service across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and other outlets. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will help create memorable guest experiences at the new Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure prompt, courteous service for guests.
• Assist with set‑up, service and breakdown of meetings, conferences, weddings and special events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, table presentation and overall outlet appearance.
• Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, banquet and other F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote upselling opportunities and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Handle stock, equipment care, mise en place and other operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of F&B experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar setting; fresh graduates with the right attitude may be considered.
• Strong communication, teamwork and guest‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt across different F&B areas.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant, banquet, bar and general F&B operations.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
