Operations Associate

About the role

Biiyond Production Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Associate to keep the production workflow running smoothly. The role focuses on project assignment, team capacity, timelines, system access, and resolving operational blockers. The goal is simple: right person, right project, right time, right access.

Key responsibilities

• Assign projects to Editors, Designers, and Creative team members based on skillset, availability, workload, and capacity.
• Monitor project timelines and identify delivery risks before deadlines.
• Set internal timelines aligned with external client‑facing timelines.
• Monitor team capacity and ensure Work‑in‑Progress limits are observed.
• Balance workloads and coordinate resources when required.
• Manage ClickUp, Google Drive, and other system access and permissions.
• Respond quickly to timeline, capacity, access, and resourcing issues.
• Support the client PM for re‑allocation during editors’ unavailability.
• Coordinate with all departments and escalate unresolved or systemic issues timely.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using ClickUp and digital productivity tools.
• Ability to make quick, practical decisions based on workload and capacity.
• Understanding of video production workflows is preferred.
