Operations Manager

About the role

Kids Pasal is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily business activities, streamline processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across its Kalanki and New Baneshwor locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to maintain smooth workflows.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that boost productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, customer service, finance, and marketing teams for seamless cross‑functional execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery processes.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and uphold service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive environment.
• Address operational challenges with effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and advise senior management on business enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or business management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
