Operations Supervisor – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day activities across our sales, marketing and business development teams in Kathmandu. The role ensures projects are executed on schedule, resources are allocated efficiently and service quality meets our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and monitor the execution of sales, marketing and business development projects.
• Supervise field and office staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Track performance metrics, KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, resource allocation and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic operational planning to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience with strong team‑leadership and coaching abilities.
• Solid background in operations management, including resource allocation and process implementation.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, monitoring KPIs and making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and client coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field preferred.
