Paid Media Assistant / Executive (Kathmandu)

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Assistant / Executive to join our growing team in Kathmandu. You will help shape paid media strategy for global clients, managing campaigns across search, social and programmatic platforms while delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and programmatic platforms (DV360).
• Own campaign performance, including budget pacing, optimisation and detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with the Australian team to align on client goals, insights and campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends through partnership leverage.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

Required profile

• Experience working in an international digital agency or similar environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance and meet KPI targets.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder discussions and performance reviews.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

Required skills

• Programmatic advertising experience (DV360).
• Hands‑on management of Google Ads campaigns.
• Hands‑on management of Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for campaign analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager for tag setup and troubleshooting.
