About the role

Diverse Way is seeking an entry‑level Pediatric Physiotherapist to join its inclusive healthcare team in Shankhamul, Lalitpur. The role focuses on supporting the physical development of neurodiverse children through tailored physiotherapy interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physical abilities and needs of neurodiverse pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, strength, sensory‑motor integration, and overall well‑being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including occupational therapy, speech‑language therapy, and behavioural therapy—to ensure holistic, neurodiversity‑affirming care.
• Educate families and caregivers on effective strategies that respect each child’s sensory and communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest pediatric physiotherapy techniques and best practices relevant to neurodivergent populations.
