Pre‑Sales Trainee / Associate – Business Development

About the role

This position is an entry‑level opportunity in the Business Development team, focused on pre‑sales activities for cybersecurity solutions. Candidates will work closely with sales and technical experts to understand client needs and help shape tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end pre‑sales lead process, engaging with potential clients to capture business and technical requirements.
• Conduct research and develop accurate technical proposals and customized security solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches that highlight the value of proposed cybersecurity services.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure alignment of client requirements with appropriate services.
• Draft proposals, technical documents, and scope‑of‑work overviews.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with prospective clients throughout the pre‑sales lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with some experience in a B2B tech or sales environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong learning attitude, quick‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant technical or sales certifications are a plus.
• Must be located in Kathmandu and available for on‑site work.
