Program Director

About the role

The Program Director will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, leadership, mentorship, networking, and ecosystem development. Working closely with the CEO, Board, members, partners, investors, and government bodies, the role ensures programs deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual program calendar aligned with organizational strategy.
• Design and execute entrepreneurship, leadership, mentorship, networking, and business development programs.
• Lead flagship events, forums, roundtables, workshops, and exposure programs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and overall program delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, corporates, government bodies, and institutions.
• Drive member engagement and ensure programs deliver meaningful value.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare impact reports.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree/MBA in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Economics, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• 6–10+ years of experience in program/project management, entrepreneurship ecosystems, business development, events, community management, or development organizations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑stakeholder programs and large‑scale events.
