Project Manager – Creative Agency Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in creative, digital, or marketing agencies. The role will act as the central hub between multi‑industry clients, creative teams, production houses, and digital strategists to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for multiple client accounts, managing scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams—including designers, copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers—to allocate resources efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Develop detailed work‑back schedules, campaign briefs, shot lists, and execution roadmaps for brand launches, DVC/TVC shoots, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee project budgets, track billable hours, review vendor quotes, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead weekly status meetings with clients, manage feedback loops, and proactively resolve scope creep or execution roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within an advertising, digital, or creative agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Resource planning and allocation expertise.
• Effective client communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Budget tracking and financial oversight.
