About the role
Big Education is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead education‑related initiatives. You will act as the bridge between education agents, partner institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support student recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email communication with education agents, partners and stakeholders.
- Attend and coordinate Zoom meetings with agents and internal teams.
- Conduct market and business research within the education sector.
- Collaborate with admissions, academic, marketing and operations teams.
- Support student recruitment and education‑related projects.
- Track project progress, follow‑ups and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with education agents and partners.
- Coordinate with partner institutions to secure scholarship offer letters and facilitate timely communication.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and proactive follow‑up mindset.
